Travel to Cambodia |
Cambodia continues to emerge from its troubled past, revealing a wealth of natural and cultural treasures. The stunning temple complex at Angkor is the country's major tourist destination and continues to attract more people every year. Visitors also come during the Bonn Om Touk water festival to see the lighted flotilla of boats. Dance is also an important part of Cambodian culture, from classical ballet to depictions of myths and legends. Of course, part of the adventure in places like Cambodia is finding the rarities, like elephant trekking in Mondulkiri or bottled snakes sold alongside rubies in a supermarket.
